It's kind of like watching an old school gangster movie where criminals alway find a way to escape & the cops are trying to lock them all up. I would say that Public Enemies is a very typical gangster movie. The moment you sit down & it start rolling, you already knew what is about to happen.
Johnny Depp & Marion Cotillard performances are ok while for Christian Bale, he looks the same ever since he took the role of The Dark Knight. Well, I guess beside watching these 3 actors running or shooting, there's really nothing much you can expect from this movie. Been there done that.
